Rather than being a site for superficial explanations of the production process, our palenque is fully working and operational, meaning that you’ll be able to live the real experience of a day’s mezcal production, and of course not without the chance to enjoy fresh mezcal alongside some of the most famous mezcal maestros in a traditional tasting session.
